Avocado bread con hemp flour.
Ingredients (makes 10-12 slices)
1.5 large ripe avocados (Hass type used here)
1 cup ground almonds
1/2 cup ground hemp flour
1/3 cup olive oil (I used a lemon infused one)
5 Sundried tomatoes finely cut.
1.5 tsps gluten free baking powder
tsp black pepper
tsp dried parsley
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C.
Blend the avocado till smooth (preferably with a blender/hand-blender rather then a masher, the smoother the avocado the better) .
In a mixing bowl combine the eggs with the flours, and the rest of the ingredients above (bar the hemp seeds).
Spoon into a well-oiled silicone loaf tray, sprinkle with hemp seeds.
Bake in the centre of the oven at 180 degrees C for 1 hour .
Cool on a rack
1. Place chicken on a sheet pan, season with salt and pepper and bake for 15-20 minutes.
When cool enough to handle, dice the chicken and reserve.
2. In a large, heavy pot , sauté onions and celery in oil and cannabutter until onions are translucent. Add garlic, tarragon, thyme, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring for 5 minutes.
3. Add hemp flour and stir. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add tomatoes, reserved chicken and cream; Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
4. Just before serving, add the spinach.
Space Cake Ingredients ;
7/8 cup of all-purpose flour
¾ cup milk
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup butter (12 tablespoons)
8 grams of hash
8” x 8” cake pan
1 cup of cannabutter
1 cup of corn syrup
Dash of salt
2 1/2 cups of brown sugar
14 oz of condensed milk
1 tsb of vanilla
So the first step of this recipe is to melt your 1 cup of cannabutter down in a medium sized pot on the stove. Then you are going to mix in the dash of salt and 2 1/2 cups of brown sugar. Once these ingredients have combined, stir in the milk and corn syrup. It should be noted here that you are going to want to consistently continue to stir the mixture throughout the entire process. We are working with a small amount of caramels here so it is advised to let this mixture heat up on medium to high heat for around 12 to 15 minutes, or until the mixture starts to turn into a goo and harden. It is at this point that we are going to mix in the 1 tablespoon of vanilla. Once the vanilla has been evenly dispersed, pour the caramel into a 9×13 inch pan and let them cool. A 9×13 inch pan is not required, but I’ve found it works best with the amount of caramel we are working with here. Once these are cooled, cut wrap and serve. As an added tip, I personally like to add coarse salt on top or drizzle them in some melted chocolate. Great for relaxing or having fun!
Super tasty Brownie with nuts and dates
In a mixer bring together;
2 fresh eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 tsp sea salt
9 whole dates, pitted and torn into quarters
2 Tbsp each: unsulphured molasses, honey, and brown rice syrup
1/4 cup of mixed nuts
1/4 cup of canna butter
1/4 cup of almond butter
1/2 cup of organic hemp flour
1/2 cup pure cocoa power
1/2 cup of chocolate pieces (I just cut up a chocolate bar)
1 tsp baking power
Combine everything together and pour into a prepared small square pan.
Sprinkle the top with organic hemp seeds and more pieces from your chocolate bar.
Bake at 325º for 20-25 minutes. Check with a knife and see if it comes out clean ,and the inside will set as it cools , and make sure the top is firmish

Pre-heat your oven to 375°
Heat up your hash with a candle flame or cigarette lighter until you are able to crumble it up easily into a bowl; set it aside.
Microwave the butter for 20 seconds or until it’s thick and pasty. Now you want to mix your crumbled hash in with about 4/5 of the butter; with the rest of the butter you want to grease your cake pan so your cake will pop right out when the time comes. Make sure not to over-butter the pan; you want a nice, thin coating on the pans inner surface. No more, no less.
Now take your eggs, sugar, flour, milk, and hash butter and put them together in a medium or large sized mixing bowl. Mix all the ingredients together well, mixing for several minutes. You want to be sure to get the hash spread as evenly throughout the cake batter as possible to ensure “equal distribution”. If while you are mixing the batter you find it seems too dry simply add a dab of milk; if it is too wet add a bit of flour. You will be able to achieve a perfect balance with practice; just make adjustments as you go.
Pour the cake batter into the greased cake pan and spread the batter around with a spatula or wooden spoon until it is smooth and level. Place the batter in the oven for 25 minutes. Check with poking with a knife in the middle of the cake if it comes out clean its done . A clean knife is a cooked cake; if it isn’t done put it in for another 5 minutes and check it again.
Let the space cake cool in the pan for around 20 minutes. It should come out with no problem at that point if you greased the pan properly. You now want to let it cool off for another 30 minutes or longer (upside down on a wire rack is optimal, )

1 onion, diced
3 ribs celery, diced

½ gallon fresh chicken stock
12 ounces canned tomatoes, diced
¾ cup heavy cream
2 cup fresh spinach, cleaned and chopped.

Follow the directions, and you will make the best butter possible. You won't put a better bit of butter on your knife . The truth is, the stronger the cannabis the stronger the butter, the butter is just as good as the material that you make it with. You can use low THC and high CBD for healing or the other way round for healing AND relaxing. Some people like to make a mild butter and use it to spread on their toast in the morning or add a teaspoon or two to a baked potato. .
To make perfect marijuana-infused butter , heat should be applied to the cannabis first to fully activate the THC, a process known as decarboxylation. To decarb your cannabis, heat oven to 240 degrees. Place the plant material in a single layer on a baking sheet with sides. Bake for 40 minutes, turning the sheet a couple of times to ensure even heating. The cannabis will become dry and crumbly. Now you are ready to add it to your butter or oil.
In a medium saucepan bring a quart of water to a boil on the stove. You can vary the amounts, just be sure that the marijuana is always floating about 1 1/2 – 2 inches from the bottom of the pan. When the water is boiling place the butter in the pan and allow it to melt completely. My recipe uses 4 sticks of butter to every 30 grams of marijuana, so if you’re using a half of that, that’s about 2 sticks of butter.
Once the butter has melted you can add the marijuana. Once the marijuana is added the heat should be turned down, very low, to barely a simmer, don't let it burn. I usually let it cook for around three hours. You can tell it’s done when the top of the mix turns from really watery to glossy and thick.
While the butter is cooking set up the bowl to hold the finished product. I like to use a heatproof bowl, and some people use a plastic food container. Place a double layer of cheesecloth over the top, and secure it with elastic, string or tape.
Strain the marijuana butter over the bowl, carefully trying not to spill. When the saucepan is empty, undo the twine, pick up the cheesecloth from all four sides and squeeze out all of the remaining butter.

1 cup coconut oil.
1) Activate your hash or hemp this is a very important step. Heat oven to 240F and place hash inside for 60 minutes. Make sure your oven does not get hotter than 240F by using a thermometer. The material will get a toasty color. Gently crush the hash/hemp with a back of a spoon and break it down to be powdery-like.
2) Add activated hash 5 to 10 grams (according to how strong you want it )to melted coconut oil (1 to 2 oz )in a double boiler and cook for about 30 minutes stirring often and making sure the hash is fully infused. You don’t want or need to get this too hot, you just want to fully melt the activated hash into the oil.
3) Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly before pouring it into a glass container. This oil can be stored in the pantry or the fridge. Use in cooking, baking, or take it straight.
